Terms of Service

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and platform policies.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plan features and placeholder pricing are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

By default, the Service operates in Demo Mode, which uses sample data and cannot spend real money or modify real ad accounts. Live Mode — connecting real ad accounts and deploying real campaigns — is disabled by default and requires explicit opt-in, account selection, and per-launch confirmation.

You are solely responsible for all advertising spend incurred on your connected Google Ads and Meta accounts. Guten Ads does not bill you for ad spend; that is charged directly by Google or Meta. Review every budget and confirmation carefully before launching.

Guten Ads provides tools to create and manage ads. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular advertising results, performance, reach, conversions, or return on ad spend.

Google Ads and Meta Ads are third-party platforms with their own terms and advertising policies. You are responsible for complying with those policies. Your ads may be reviewed, disapproved, or removed by those platforms. Guten Ads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Meta.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the business information, ad copy, images, and other assets you upload or create. You are responsible for ensuring your ad content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law and platform policy.

• Violating any law or third-party platform policy.
• Uploading content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineering, disrupting, or abusing the Service.
• Using the Service to deploy deceptive, harmful, or prohibited ads.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guten Ads and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost ad spend, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for any reason consistent with these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
