We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: name, email, password hash, and basic profile details you provide when registering.
• Ad account connection data: identifiers for the Google Ads and/or Meta ad accounts you choose to connect.
• OAuth permissions & tokens: access and refresh tokens granted when you authorize a third-party platform. These are stored securely server-side and never exposed to your browser.
• Campaign data: the campaigns, audiences, budgets, ad copy, and creative assets you create within the Service.
• Analytics data: performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend) retrieved from connected platforms or generated in demo mode.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Cookies & local storage: used for sessions, preferences (such as demo mode), and basic analytics.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To create, preview, and (only with your explicit confirmation) deploy campaigns to your connected ad accounts.
• To display analytics and recommendations.
• To process subscriptions and payments through our payment processor.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers for their own marketing. We only share data with the third-party platforms you explicitly connect, and with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the Service.

Guten Ads never creates, edits, pauses, or launches campaigns in your connected ad accounts without your explicit confirmation. By default, the Service runs in Demo Mode, which cannot affect real ad accounts or spend real money.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Ads API — to create and manage Google campaigns you authorize.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Marketing API — to create and manage Meta campaigns you authorize.
• Stripe — to process subscription payments.
• Google Analytics (optional) — to enrich conversion reporting.

Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's and Meta's respective API and advertising policies.

You can disconnect any connected ad account at any time from the Integrations page. Disconnecting revokes our stored tokens for that platform. You may also request export or correction of your data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@guten.example.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, server-side handling of OAuth tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
